Good Morning Team!! You asked for help with your fitness journeys. Congrats on wanting to be healthier, it’s the first step! 18 months ago I decided to become a certified personal trainer. Why? I was sick of bad bro science, diets that didn’t work (& never having a six-pack).

Years of late night office dinners, boozy weekends, limited exercise & terrible sleeping habits turned me into a Teletubby. Nothing says “Tinky Winky” more than squeezing into your suit pants & running out of loops on your belt. You’re always sluggish & can’t seem to find the time to get healthier. T-shirts start sitting above your tummy & every day is an audition to Winnie the Pooh. The great news - you can torch insane amounts of fat with just a few tweaks.

The basic building blocks: nutrition, workouts, rest. That’s it!! Eating clean, working hard & recovering well sets you up for success. Right now there’s at least one block you likely struggle with. I know - I struggled with all three. The hardest part is consistency & developing healthy lifelong habits.

I designed a 100 day program (FLEX 100) assembling every single tool I actively use & every hack learnt to help you get shredded. These include online coaching, workout guides, nutrition manuals, meal planners, supplement lists, recovery plans & calorie calculators. Disclaimer: it actually takes more than 100 days to complete (with rest days & breaks).

Please give this a shot & commit to the process. It’s honestly not easy but will be really worth it. Personal training is super expensive so I intentionally made this far more affordable than comparative bootcamps. The aim is to build community.
